01. WHAT IS THE WARRANTY TERMS

Shanghai Controland Engineering Company(CL) warrants, for one year after shipment, that its products are installed in accordance with its applicable procedures and are using installation procedures as a standard. This warranty is applicable only to claims made in writing and received by Shanghai Controland Engineering Company within 30 days after the defect was discovered, or should have been discovered, and within one year after the date of shipment of the product by us. All other claims are waived. If a claim is made, you must allow reasonable investigation of the product you claim is defective and you must supply samples that adequately demonstrate the problem you claim for testing and/or review by us.

02. HOW TO PROCEDE ORDER AND PAYMENT
When we received a order. We will generate a proforma invoice with our bank information. There are several way to fit your either wire transfer or cash buy.

03. WHAT IS GENERAL LEAD TIME
For most of our parts, we keep numbers in stock. Like contactor, contact tip, IGBT module, ICP cards, Power box etc. We keep those rolling stock, please check with us for the status when order.

04. HOW TO SHIP
Depend on where to go and what is customer prefered. We provide Fedex DDU or CIF, FOB, FCA, EX WORK. Shipping Cost is seperated.

05. DO YOU HAVE VOLUME DISCOUNT
Yes, as the aftermarket manufacture, we do have volume discount for different parts. Contact us for detail discuss.
